They were excellent and I would definitely recommend them. They had it accomplished easily within that one hour and everything was done completely correctly and it has functioned perfectly ever since. We set up a time and they were on time. I paid for a little bit of equipment because we had to replace a valve and maybe some piping, but it was a very nominal charge. They were extremely reasonable.
Two gentleman showed up to install my new water heater and they first put down a construction tarp to keep my floors clean from debris. They had the new unit installed and operating correctly and they removed the old water heater cleaned up there work area they very easy to work with. I have a small home but I was treated as I owned a palace.

The service was great. Bryce was very professional, friendly and no pressure to buy which I was MOST happy about … Great service, especially since they also offer to come out and give you a FREE plumbing inspection once a year.
We experienced a water line leak at our water heater which we did not find until after 5pm. Called and repair was made that evening. Bryce was courteous and professional even though the access to our water heater was difficult and uncomfortable. He handled the situation quickly and efficiently. We are first time cuatomers but will definitely call again if we need plumbing services.
