3 words for Ryan and his company, HONEST and AMAZING!!!!!! Our old air conditioner finally gave out during the heat wave of July 2013 amid 93 degree temperatures. I called two A/C companies for repair and replacement quotes only to find out that my least expensive option would be $3500-4,000 for a replacement. To top things off we were closing on a new house and selling our existing home within a week of when our A/C unit went out. After feeling defeated I called Plumbing Heating Paramedics. The young lady I spoke with on the phone understood my urgency and sent Ryan out to look at the A/C unit and give us a replacement quote that very same day! Much to my surprise Ryan was not just "another sales guy", rather he was one of the owners of the company! The Employees at this company are not paid on commission and really do right by the customer. Ryan was not only able to squeeze us into the schedule for a quick replacement, but Plumbing Heating Paramedics saved us over $1,000 on our new unit! My wife and I cannot thank you all enough for the awesome job your company did for us. You will be doing any work we need in the future! A++++++

I have not been very impressed with heating and air conditioning companies, or some of the plumbers I have used, in the past. My experience with Plumbing Heating Paramedics totally turned all that around. They worked around my schedule and came out within a week of me purchasing the Big Deals. Bev helped schedule the two Deals - each requiring a different technician - to both come out the same day to save me a hassle. Aaron and Bryce - HVAC and plumbing, respectively - both did an excellent job to me. I had no high-pressure sales techniques applied to me. Aaron in particular gave me some great advice about avoiding paying too much money for unneeded services for my air conditioner, and did more than I thought I had paid for with my inexpensive Big Deal. I was so impressed with both of the gentlemen that came out, I purchased a service agreement for the company for the following year. I typically refuse to do things like that out of distaste for pushy salespeople, but Aaron and Bryce were up-front, pressure-free, and only discussed the services or needs that I asked them to. I couldn't be more happy with the service.

They were excellent and I would definitely recommend them. They had it accomplished easily within that one hour and everything was done completely correctly and it has functioned perfectly ever since. We set up a time and they were on time. I paid for a little bit of equipment because we had to replace a valve and maybe some piping, but it was a very nominal charge. They were extremely reasonable.

Two gentleman showed up to install my new water heater and they first put down a construction tarp to keep my floors clean from debris. They had the new unit installed and operating correctly and they removed the old water heater cleaned up there work area they very easy to work with. I have a small home but I was treated as I owned a palace.

I had a small water leak in my air conditioner. My usual provider looked it over and told me that the unit needs to be replaced. They provided two replacement options, which both had a very high price tag. They were ready to do the work right away. But instead of moving forward right away, I decided to shop around before making the investment.

Plumbing and Heating Paramedics looked at it and gave me a very straightforward assessment of the situation: it doesn't need replaced now, but it will probably need to be replaced within the next couple of years. I really appreciated the straightforward assessment without the scare tactics. They also gave me several price estimates for a replacement unit, which were much lower than my normal provider, almost half the price!

If you want straightforward answers without fear tactics along with fair prices, then I recommend this provider.

The owner of the company, Ryan, was the only plumber I called who would do an estimate over the phone. Since I knew exactly what needed to be done (I already had one estimate), I thought I would save time by the phone estimate. His estimate
was lower than the high end of the quote and I used an Angie's List coupon to make it super affordable. Paramedic's was
fully booked until Tuesday July 16 but he said he would work me in on Friday 7/12. They confirmed the appointment, called ahead, and were on time. They finished in two hours-my other estimate said it would take four. The quality is great, the service men were professional. Just a personal note: this is a family company, I think Bev who took my initial call is his mother. I liked that the company had a nice family vibe but could still execute a job to perfect satisfaction at an incredible price.

The tech was quick and very knowledgeable. I was very grateful for his efficiency as I had just moved into my new condo and had no air conditioning. I will definitely keep using Plumbing Heating Paramedics in the future.

PHP responded in a timely and courteous manner to my call to evaluate the old A/C units, providing an estimate within 2 days. Prior to performing the work, the company dropped out a mobile A/C unit to cool the front of the house. This was a life-saver for my mother, who is prone to heat strokes. On the scheduled day for installation the PHP crew arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, and quickly un-installed the existing services and installed the new ones. The technician corrected all problems found in the previous install. Wrapped the cooling coils expertly, closing up a gap between placement of the coil unit and the overhead vent that the technician calculated was costing us almost two registers of inefficiency. Now, the system comfortably cools the home within a few minutes. PHP is an exceptional company offering exceptional services efficiently, honestly, and at competitive value. A PHP technician also installed an outside spigot that was leaking. This work also entailed removing old galvanized pipe and the installation of updated copper pipe.

Technician Aaron diagnosed a serious leak in the system on 6/18/13 and discussed the alternatives: leak tracing, repairing and refilling at very high cost per pound of obsolete freon type or replacing the whole system. I decided that replacing the system made sense. The replacement was scheduled for Friday 6/21/13. Ron and Cody arrived at 8 am and finished by 10 am. They installed a 4 ton AC condenser and new coil in the furnace.

Everything was great from start to finish. Brian was professional, timely and did a great job explaining things to me and going over everything. I would give an A+ for customer service as well and you could tell he was very honest about his estimate and what steps we should take going forward.

Arrived ahead of schedule & went right to work.
Met & greeted by job foreman. All technicians were extremely professional, extremely polite & very knowledgeable.
Removed the old air handler from the crawl space [not an easy job!!] & installed the new air handler and duct work as well as the compressor in the prescribed amount of time.
Never would have known they had been here; left my yard immaculate.
Would not hesitate to use them again for any plumbing or HVAC problems.
Received a nice note from them thanking me for choosing them with a coupon for later use; all signed by the owner.

A gentleman arrived on time and was very profession, polite, and chatty. At the end of the inspection, they offered to do an annual inspection of the plumbing at no cost to us.

They came out and finished the job that somebody else had started but had not finished … We called them and they were here within one hour…The guy was spectacular. He knew as to what he was doing and it showed after having somebody that did not know as to what they were doing.

Installation day went very smooth. They arrived punctually and within moments were already starting on the job. The two installers (including Owner’s Father) were both professionally dressed, not sub-contractors, arrived in company vehicle, did not smoke on worksite (very important to us), and treated us with high respect

Aaron showed me everything he was doing, leveled the outdoor compressor (which another company had told me they would charge extra for), and did a very thorough cleaning of our system, indoors and out. We had been paying more per year for another company to come and do a tune-up, and they had never done the kind of thorough cleaning that Aaron did.
